升旗手做简要的自我介绍。
升旗仪式上,师生通过精彩的演讲为大家分享了冬季健康小常识,教育学生养成良好的生活习惯,提高预防水平。呼吁全校师生,在日常生活中加强体育锻炼、增强体质,提高疾病的抵御能力。
冬季天气寒冷,人们的抵抗力下降,这个时候也是感冒的高发期,如果不注意,很容易招来感冒,那么这个季节如何预防感冒呢?
防寒保暖
冬季天气变化无常,寒潮频频,所以要根据天气情况及时采取防寒保暖措施,如及时添加衣服和被褥等,避免因着凉而诱发疾病。由于足部离心脏较远,血液运行不畅,因此,应特别注意足部的保暖。
合理膳食
加强营养、注意休息,保持科学合理的生活习惯。保证充足的蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素及矿物质供应;要多食用红色食品,如胡萝卜、红辣椒、西红柿等,其中富含的β-胡萝卜素能清除氧自由基,增强巨噬细胞活力,对防治流感有良效。每天坚持用淡盐水或红茶漱口,对流感也有一定预防作用。
坚持锻炼
加强身体锻炼,多做户外活动。每天可进行一些活动量比较适宜的运动,如散步、骑自行车、慢跑、打太极拳等,以增强机体抵抗力。养成冷水洗脸的习惯,有利于提高机体对气温变化的适应能力。
居室通风
居室内要保持空气流通、清新。每天除了定时通风换气。墙壁、地板、用具可用0.5%漂白粉澄清液进行擦抹。由于流感病毒的生存还与环境湿度有关,条件允许可以调整小环境湿度,以降低病毒活性。

Reasonable diet

Insist to take exercise

在升旗仪式中,学生们对冬天保健方式有所了解,希望大家牢记这些小知识,度过一个快乐、健康的冬季。
1.坚持冷水洗脸:冷水洗脸醒脑精神好,锻炼耐寒能力,不但能预防感冒同时还能起到脸部美容的功效,还可以治疗慢性鼻炎,若能结合按摩耳廓、印堂、太阳、颊车等穴则效果更佳。
2.清晨喝温开水:洗脸刷牙后喝一杯温开水,一方面可暖身清洗胃肠,另一方面可稀释血液,预防脑血栓、心肌缺血,同时能维持细胞渗透力,促进细胞代谢。
3.适当户外活动:冬天户外活动很重要,可预防冻疮,在户外做操或呼吸15~20次有利肺功能的增强,起到防治支气管炎、哮喘的作用,肺开窍于皮肤,通过户外活动,可增加人体供氧量,提高抗病能力。
5.午间按摩头皮:日间脑部血流量比夜间少1/5,故中午小睡30~40分钟为宜,然后用梳子梳头按摩头皮,能改善头部血液循环,消除疲劳和头昏现象,加上用冷水洗脸则精神充沛。
4.保持双脚的暖和:要穿暖暖的袜子和保暖的鞋。中医有“寒从脚下起”的古谚,只要保持双足的暖和,即使上身穿的单薄了点,也不会感到特别的冷,也减少了感冒的机会。
